coloring princess...

besides ballet,this lil' girl of mine lurves to color,with capital 'C'...like seriously!! and lets not go about her collections of coloring books and puzzles,pheww...she even makes us go an extra miles by putting her in a contest ;p

winning asides,the experience that count... besides,she need to explore more coloring skills, i.e. shading and what not...hmm,an art class perhaps? *wink at daddy* ;p

bought this baby on our recent trip to cameron last year,but,at that time this pokok cili of mine was not as big as this,and mind u,with less chilies,of coz...but look at it now,aint it pwettyyy?? cant wait to harvest the pedas-licious and cute-lil-chilies-of-mine... ;p

guess,my hand was not so panas after all...looking forward for more plants on my herb garden ;)

picnic 'kampung' style...

every time we went back to my hometown,we somehow, as much as possible try to bring the munchkins to my favourite sungai,for a picnic...thus,this trip is no different...

my babah has reminded us that it hasnt been raining in days,thus,to expect less water and the keruh part but we're determined to go.talk about being persistence huh?? ;p so,after my mom's done with the cooking - hey,i do help too...by watching,and accompany her at the kitchen,of coz... off we go ...

yeay! we're home...

we made or way to jitra last saturday for my cousin's wedding,then off to my mom's place to stuff our tummy to the fullest... frankly,this time around,its all about food,food and more food...my food conquest has never be this succesful,haha!!

to my delight,got a chance to chow down the best 'bihun sup' and 'kuew teow pak mud' at jam besaq,sp...perghh!! happy tummy,happy me...hence,the bolat face...ive the whole clan 'compliment' my new look ;p but i dont mind,coz my tummy filled with yummeh foods.. ;)

yup,ive gained a few pounds lately...and u can see straight at my face,coz it looks like all the 'lemak' in me refused to spread to the other part of my body... ;p

man,what can i say...it was fun!! what with all the energetic performances,viewed from the best seats in town,i reckon ;p but what count the most was my partner on that nite,none other than my significant half,my darling ben...and not to forget,my dear SIL,ayu and ben's cousin,sheila (ala2 bodyguard giteww.. ;p)

gazillion thanx to my dearest mommy and kak aween for the tixs,appreciate so much... ^_^ btw,im so 'in' with any other future event,hehe...juz count me in,and i'll be there,and ben,plus ayu... ;)

but all of this wont be happening if its not for the people that really make it happen,and in this case,its my banting's troop - mak,abah and my dearest BILs - didi and apiq...oh man,i owe u guys,BIG TIME!! we could never repay u guys enough...especially my two BILs whose sacrifice their nite out juz to help my PIL mind the munchkins....awww,aint it sweet?? ^_^

ben and i rarely leave the munchkins with both of us not around ( which is only happens twice,as i can recalled - and that is when i delivered yaya and nana,thats the extend of it... )...its always either me or ben to look over them,thus,this is kinda first for them...and us too... ;p hence,the hesitance...but,knowing that they'll be in a good hand,and we're sooo in need of a quality 'us' time,i braced the reality in style - went for AJL,haha!!

all in all,we had fun...even when we had to cease the idea of staying for the post-party,reason being - there's a black-out at my PIL's house 30mins prior to the result's announcement,hence the rush...we went back straight right hafiz belted our his winning song,barefooted ;)...i could imagine both my mak+abah 'kipas-ing' our munchkins like satay haha!! yup,for the love of the cucus, they willing to do anything... ^_^

anyway,a nite sans the kids kinda fun...but,that didnt stop us from sms-ing the BIL's thru out the event,haha!! pathetic,huh? well,thats us... ;p

oh my,its been almost a month since my last entry...sorry for the long hiatus,been busy yeah,yeah,its cliche but thats the truth... ;p feels like my 247,somehow has been ripped up,and its shorter than others...lame isnt it?? blame it on the time when the 'real' culprit is none other than urs truly's poor management skills....ive too much on my plate rite now,pheww...but hey,dont we all?? hehe...

i dont even post anything on new year,let alone my new year resolution - with capital R,and not to forget 's' in the end as ive plenty ;) im an optimist remember?? well,do go and throw ur vomit somewhere else ;p

my december went well,hectic even...we managed to pull ben's out from his super duper busy schedule - well,its december,what do ya' expect?? its the busiest month,if not all thru the year,hehe,but i lurves u still,darling ^_^

took the munchkins for a quickie getaway, locally, nothing fancy....starts from ipoh,then off to penang....then spend a week at my mom's before heading to cameron...yeap,we went to cameron during school holidays without any hotel reservation,how dumb can we be?? ;p actually,its more like an impromptu,coz adia has been talking endlessly about how one of her darling friend has went for a strawberries picking...i tried my hardest to explain to her that we've been there already,even showed her some of the pics that we've taken...but she didnt buy it,typical her ...erghh... reason being - she slept,thus couldnt remember a thing!! how vain !! hence,the unplanned trip...but they had so much fun,even with a sea of people,cold weather and a very limited time that we had...what a pity,but fret not,will definitely be repeated anytime soon ;)

we even had a few sleepovers,and recently during the CNY...yup,u heard me rite,my munchkins and their friends are crazee bout sleepovers...i know some poeple who might not agree with this things,but for me+ben,we're ok with it...futhermore,they will, eventually, growing up with the same circles of friends,so i dont see any harm done...and im so lucky to have met with a set of parent,that gradually has become my confides that have the same thinking and pace like us...we're totally blessed...

all in all,the new year has been great,so far...what with me and ben having our 'date night' at stadium putra last sunday,watching AJL26 from our VIP seats...what an icing on the cake huh?? more pics will be posted soon,hehe...

gotta go now...but definitely wont be hiding again,haha...
