let them decide...

she'll be starting her ballet class this feb,thank god...she's been nagging us (on daily basis,mind u..) to send her there,instead of pre-school,hishh...well,since she's only four this year,we kinda give in laaaa...but next year my dear,its mandatory ok!!

hence,we took her to free trial class last saturday,which she entitled upon registration...she was delighted!! over the moon to be precise,but maybe with a slight of disappointment as she didnt wear her leotard during the class...but,she did everything her teacher told her to,to our surprised,heheh...juz lost in her dance world,never bother about our presence...only will waved back at us once in a while,n sometimes give us 'thumbs up' sign...smile was plastered on her face for that one good hour...mannn,we're so proud of her...

n its makes us feels good too,really...knowing that we're here to support our child's passion,its worth every penny im telling u...n this class didnt come cheap,yes,u heard me...esp. the whole attire to make her looks like a ballerina,sheesh....it never occur to me how can a tiny ballet shoes can cost double than my sandal...she'd better be a good ballerina,hehehe...she'd better be... ;)

n we do have people asking us "y didnt u send yaya to pre-school yet,when she's already 4 ths yr..." n when we said that we're going to send her to ballet class instead of pre-school,they were gobsmacked!! like "why ballet school?? that wont do her any good...it such a waste.." but,ben n i,we prefer to let our munchkins to decide...

actually,its by adlan's choice that he wants to go to pre-school when he was 4,all we did was to take him to the school n the rest is history... n when he wanted join the art class,we said yes,but when one day he was crying n wants to quit the art class,we're still there...but,with him joining this little caliphs,we have to persuade him a bit (we hates ourselves for doing that,but there's a solid explanation why it has to be done...)...we did intervene,but only with a reason...

so,same goes with adia...if she dont feel like going to pre-school yet,so be it...btw,4 yrs is not as crucial as 5 or 6 yrs,i reckon...so,give her some times...she'll get by when the times come...

till then...
