for some reason,we're so keen to teach our kids to talk when they're still a baby,thinking that soon when they grew up,they'll be as articulate as one of the smart kids u've seen on tv or something,so,we tend to point at every possible thing that come across our sight,..
"look,its a bird...look,its a car...and another car,n this time its red "...n so on...,or,
"that's the garbage truck,u should say tq to the helper every time they come n pick our trash..." (i always say that to my kids,dunno y,guess,im trying to groom my kids to be more civil minded person...well,no harm in tryin' rite? )
but,the reality hit u back when they reached the age when they'll talked non-stop...forever asking questions,that sometimes one was like,OMG ! read this book few years back stating that NEVER snapped back at your child,iskkk,which i've tried so hard to remember,...i know,but sometime i couldnt help myself from doing it,isskkk...
n as i recalled,there's one nite when my boy asked his daddy,n the conversation goes like this;
adlan : daddy,y u watched news(buletin utama) so many times? " (hehe,i think he meant every day..
daddy : y abang watched so many ben 10?"
adlan : daddy nih..."
n off he went to get himself immersed with his toys before coming back with yet another brilliant question 5 mins later..so,u figure...
till then...
